Delete your account

You can delete your Starkin account and everything linked to it at any time.

In the app

1. Open Starkin and tap your profile picture in the top right.
2. Scroll to Privacy and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app

Email support@getstarkin.com from the address linked to your account, or include the account ID shown in Settings. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile, birth date, time and place, and your charts
• People you added and their birth details, your connections, and the Circles you own
• Readings, check-ins, reports, Ask the Stars questions and answers
• Notification tokens and usage data linked to your account

What is kept

Google Play keeps its own record of purchases for billing and legal reasons. Our copy of purchase records is deleted with the account. Copies in our database provider's short-term backups expire on their normal schedule and are never restored for any other purpose.
